Rooted in experience

Beyond the ordinary
Liz Gabor, a 25-year power player in the economic and real estate development landscape, solidifies The Dionne Company’s Advisory bench’s capabilities in compatible use planning as a former Presidential Management Fellow at the Pentagon’s Office of Economic Adjustment and the Overseas Basing Commission.
Now, in the private sector, Liz continues to redevelop former bases and industrial sites for large-scale companies and corporations, including Blackstone and IKEA North America.

Credentialed
Gaia is a Pennsylvania-state certified WBE, SEPTA disadvantaged business, and City of Philadelphia Office of Economic Opportunity.

Hard working
Liz received her masters from the University of Pennsylvania in a joint real estate finance program comprised of classes at Wharton, the Planning School, and the Fels School of Government. This launched her into a career of complex real estate transactions from military installations to large publicly-funded industrial park redevelopment
"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from your company. Their team went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
